We aim to please so contact us immediately with any concerns or issues you may have and we will aim to rectify as soon as possible.

Custom items are EXEMPT from the 14 day cooling off period and therefore refunds will not be permitted once the custom order is placed. For clarity, a custom order is a bespoke wheelchair (because all of our wheelchairs are made to measure), a power add on (because the options a customer chooses for them personally), Spinergy wheels (because the hub, rim and spoke colour are chosen by the customer before ordering from the Spinergy factory).
